The Outstanding Contribution to Healthcare Improvement Award will be presented to one of the category winners.
Shortlisted teams will be asked to provide a poster showcasing their project, and colleagues across NHS Wales will be invited to vote for the category winners. Further details can be found in the Entry Guide.
