Cardiff City and Wales footballer Aaron has been inspired by his team doctor and Save a Life Cymru’s Chair Len Nokes, who lost his 25-year-old daughter to cardiac arrest. Aaron is keen to encourage more people to understand the importance of CPR and defibrillation in saving lives.
