As part of the Independent Oversight Panel’s commitment to being open and transparent during this assurance assessment, here you can find panel meeting agendas and the Chair’s update on that panel meeting.
The Independent Oversight Panel has held four formal meetings on the following dates: 1 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 12 January 2026, and 26 January 2026.
They have also met informally outside of these dates.
These formal meetings focused on reviewing the findings from each workstream, shaping these into recommendations, and overseeing the writing and publication process for the final report.
Because the report is still being finalised, it would not be appropriate to share the Chair’s summaries at this stage.
However, once the final report is published, we will make the minutes of these meetings publicly available.
