Suicide and bereavement

A resource for people bereaved through suicide or other unexplained death, and for those helping them.

Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

SilverCloud 

A free online course which offers support for anxiety, depression, and much more, all based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Anyone aged 16 or over in Wales can sign up.
