Head of Programmes

Iain’s role is to support programme leads across the Improvement agenda in Wales.

Iain has an MBA Health Executive and a background in hospital general management. He has worked in Improvement for 15 years and in the NHS in England and Wales for over 25 years.  He is a qualified Executive coach and Institute for Healthcare Improvement Improvement Adviser.

Iain is interested in all types of Improvement approaches and is always looking to expand his learning.
